China’s power supply enterprises have operated under the system for many years and have always been in a monopoly position.There is a gap between the management consciousness and management mode and modern enterprises.The management concept and management methods are behind the average level of the same industry.The performance management mode implemented by power supply enterprises is too simple and basically equivalent to "equalitarianism".Under the background of accelerating the process of economic globalization and deepening the reform of the power supply enterprises,The degree of independent operation of the power supply enterprises is higher and higher,and they need to accept market competition.Under this background,if the power supply enterprises want to maintain stable development,they must improve the efficiency of performance management.As a power supply enterprise,it not only undertakes the important responsibility of maintaining the stability of national power supply,but also undertakes the task of the new period of power reform,which requires a higher level of performance management as support.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the performance supervision and evaluation capabilities of power supply enterprises.With the help of advanced performance management theories and methods at home and abroad,combined with the development status of the performance management system of AS power supply companies,the company’s employees were deeply involved in questionnaires,seminars and other methods,targeted questions were set up to carry out investigations,the problems at this stage were found,the specific situation of the company’s performance management was understood,the problems found were used as the basis,and the company’s performance supervision and evaluation mechanism was optimized and designed,and safeguard measures were formulated.With the help of questionnaire surveys and in-depth discussions,the study analyzed the shortcomings of the performance administration system of AS Power Supply Company at this stage,made a new design for its overall performance according to the company’s existing conditions,and formulated relevant safeguard measures in order to ensure the normal operation of the new performance administration system.Effectively carrying out performance administration for companies in the industry,achieving the development goals of companies in the industry,improving corporate profits,and enhancing the ability of enterprises to assume social responsibility has played an important supporting role,and has extraordinary theoretical value and practical application value.
