Nowadays, companies are completing more than old days. To maintain the business and get better development, companies are hungry for employees of key positions. Human Resource has been the most important element in their development. Recruitment management system has been a very hot subject of research among schools and companies. As the basis of human resource management, recruitment management system is related to human resource conditions of the company. It can’t be ignored if a company wants to function well and smoothly. In this way, it will help the company maintain stability and get better development both in business and human resource management.This article selects the recruitment management issues of A manufacturing company in Najing, Jiangsu as the research object, the integrated use of documentary research, study experience method. Through the recruitment of A company management status, analyzing the existing problems and reasons of the recruitment management situation, aims at the problems in the corresponding optimization measures. A company will improve the system from five parts:job analysis and Human Resource plan, recruitment request design, recruitment channels, evaluation methods, and the result analysis of all recruitment jobs. In this way, it could help A company improve the organization performance and solve the shortage of employees in key position. After this, the article displays how this system works in the company through two examples, e.g. Compus Recruitment and senior manager recruitment.Finally, the essay summarizes the research limitations, as well as the practical application of the theory to the design of recruiting management system deficiencies. The write hopes that the study of company’s real management situation can help companies which plan to rebuilt their recruitment system.
