With the rapid development of China Datang Corporation, the construction of Human Resource is facing more and more pressure, and the importance of management training has become increasingly prominent. While the Corporation continues to increase investment and management training, there has always been concern about whether the management training is effective? The day began to organize staff training from the company, many people are thinking about this issue, how to quantify the effectiveness of training into data, how to give such a question is so abstract, a more intuitive answer. In the power industry market-oriented increasingly high demand for increasingly strong group of high-quality high-capacity talent today, to answer this question and it looks so critical and urgent. Group of the basic Enterprise, how to obtain timely and effective feedback and how to track the effect after training, is the problem has been plagued by the training management personnel. The problem has been limited to the development of social technology in the past few years, and it has not been well resolved. Although the training staff to do a lot of other means to try, but the results are not ideal. Under this situation, the development of intelligent campus system developed by the group company and other enterprises may be a thorough solution to this problem.
