Research On Management Model Of Collaborative Innovation And Resources Optimizing Configuration In Science And Technology

This article is used for optimization problem of collaborative innovation mechanism. Based on a lot of preliminary research and tracking frontier theories and methods of science and technology resources at home and abroad, it analysis the present situation of science and technology resources allocation and collaborative innovation and problems existing in management of the Hebei Province. By using some views of systems engineering, project network collaborative governance and stakeholder, this paper explains the influencing factors in detail in order to build a scientific and technological resources optimization management variables, and transformes these into scientifically quantify indicators.
