The Empirical Analysis On Land-lost Peasants’ Professional Problem Under The Perspective Of Urbanization

The 18 th National Congress of China has repeatedly referred to the urbanization construction, which clearly put forward the regional development of urbanization construction from the limited to rise to the carrier of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, Urbanization construction will become one of the priorities of governments in the next few years, and China will be more large-scale and scope of the construction of urbanization. With the industrialization and urbanization process, land-lost peasants are the product of urbanization and industrialization. In the present stage, due to various factors such as policy, system and unsound legal system, the settlement and the rights and interests of land-lost peasants has not been effectively protected. Due to inadequate compensation and resettlement, after land-lost peasants lost their land and other production information, they had to face the most basic problem of survival. Most of land-lost peasants faced many problems, like lacking self-identity, cannot quickly into and adapt to the life style of urban. In these problems, the most urgent and the most effective way is to solve the employment problem of the land-lost peasants. But, because the low level of low degree of education and skills, higher employment expectations, and the competition in the employment of with migrant workers and urban laid-off workers, which lead to land-lost peasants lack competition in the employment. Thus, this paper put forward that the key to solve the employment problem of land-lost peasants is to go the path of professionalism, to improve their professional level, and to improve their competitiveness, and to adapt to the needs of the modern enterprise.In the research of the existing data, the research for land-lost peasants focuses on the land-lost peasants rights, interests protection, resettlement, compensation research, urbanization, children education problems, self-identity and re-employment training. But there are few involving the professionalization of land-lost peasants. At the same time, the academic circles’ study of professionalization is limited to white-collar workers, managers, principals, counselors and coaches. Land-lost peasants as a special group of people and vulnerable groups in the present society, the problems of professionalization of land-lost peasants have not been included in the professional academic research. This article puts forward study professionalization of land-lost peasants, by studying the professional status of land-lost peasants, to raise the level of professionalism and to provide some enlightenment to solving the employment problem, to help smooth realization of the land-lost peasants employment.Taking the state-level economic development zone, GANZHOU economic development zone as an example, This article through authorized enterprise related personnel to grant questionnaire the farmers who have get employment. By using the statistical analysis software SPSS, AMOS and MATLAB to analyze the questionnaire data, which has concluded that the professionalization constituent elements of the farmers and land-lost peasants professional evaluation system. According to the analysis of the data, it is concluded that the sample of land-lost peasants professional level in a state of amateurism. so, this paper put forward the three for one, and build "the government leading, the active participation of farmers, enterprise support " of the "three as one" land-lost peasants professional path.
