Research And Application On The Social Responsibility Assessment Of Large-Scale Affordable Housing Project

Construction process and quantity of affordable housing promote after "Twelve Five Year Plan". However, imperfect social assessment system and indistinct social responsibility position dilutes the policy purpose and history responsibility of affordable housing. Base on corporate social responsibility (CSR) theory, construction project social responsibility theory, project sociology, affordable housing development theory and other related theories, by utilizing literature review, questionnaire establish model and case study, this paper launch research about large-scale affordable housing social responsibility as follow:1. Start from relative mature definition and concept of CSR and construction project social responsibility, combine with large-scale affordable housing’s feature, discuss about its social responsibility’s content and definition2. Research on large-scale affordable housing SR’s driving factors and formation mechanism by stakeholder theory, sustainability theory and coupling theory. Classify the first level of assessment indicators3. Extract indicators from construction project SR and CSR assessment by using frequency statistics. Filter indicators above by questionnaire. Establish three dimensions large-scale affordable housing SR assessment system, which includes social impact, inner stakeholders and region adaptability.4. Calculate indicators’weight via AHP and expect scoring. Case study on Qixia construction "Xingfu Li"Research on social responsibility that huge affordable housing project should take could able to perfect its planning and construction, increase its social responsibility and adaptability of social environment, decrease social risk, which could contribute to raising recommendation and opinions about its positioning and planning.
