Study On The Style Evaluation And Comfort Of Wool Blended Fabrics

With the improvement of the consumer's demand for clothing fabrics,the design of woolen fabrics has been developed from a single component to a multi-component composite fiber,and an objective style evaluation of the woolen fabrics of composite fibers has been carried out.And study the performance differences,not only provide some theoretical data to support the design of fabrics,but also better prejudging the effect of garments.This topic has selected 39 kinds of thin worsted fabrics made up of different fibers,first of all,testing and analyzing the basic specifications of the fabrics.The fabric is also tested by the fast fabric style testing system,and the drape performance,crease recovery,permeability,humidity,moisture absorption,The performance of thermal conductivity is tested,and the influence of basic parameters such as fabric composition,basic organization and specifications on mechanical properties and comfort properties of fabric is analyzed.The main factors affecting the fabric performance are investigated.According to the style evaluation of 39 kinds of fabrics,five main factors affecting fabric style are obtained by means of the principal factor analysis method,and the factors affecting fabric style are analyzed.The fabric is divided into four categories by clustering analysis method,and similar styles are obtained.A correlation analysis method is used to establish a connection between the performance of the fast tester and the performance of other instruments.
