The Key Technology Research Of Grinding Wheel Dressing Monitoring System Based On The LabVIEW Internal Grinder

The function of internal grinder is to finish grinding the precision parts,however,grinding quality would be influenced by the quality of CBN grinding wheel's seriously.Recently,because we are unable to control the number of finishing precisely,it will restrict the quality of CBN grinding wheel's severely.So it is necessary to monitor the dressing process online.In order to improve the safety and economical of CNC internal grinder,improve the useful life of the grinding wheel,and realize the dressing process of monitoring grinding wheel precisely.On the LabVIEW platform,we have built an intelligent monitoring system for internal grinder grinding wheel dressing.The system is using the acoustic emission sensor to gather signal,the acoustic emission signals collected by the system which will be compiled by LabVIEW software,and finally completing the signal processing and decision making.Establishing mathematical mode and using threshold method to judge the state of grinding wheel dressing,the system can not only enlarge signals,but also can get rid of clutter,The system will transmitting the information which were decided by the PLC machine,with the help of the PLC controlled machine,achieving the goal of tool grinding wheel dressing process controlling.Through the systematic functional test in laboratory,it verified the feasibility and stability of the system,making the internal grinder more intelligent...
