its normal operation or fault caused by accident will endanger the safe and stable operation of the power grid,which would hit the socialization production and economic development.Therefore,whether the scattered distribution box can be safe and stable work will directly affect the normal operation of the whole power system.Box-type substation based on the current market there are electric meter run data accuracy,intelligent systematic degree is low,the temperature and humidity in the cabinet can't adjust themselves,and the secondary equipment between each other is not easy operating problems,the paper puts forward a new design scheme of intelligent box-type substation monitoring device.Determining the design in the implementation of box-type substation current,voltage,active power on the basis of the real-time online monitoring of battery parameters,which improves the accuracy of the data,In addition,it can hold concurrently monitoring non-electricity parameters,such as temperature and humidity,gas,pressure,and the alarm and trip function to enhance its ability to the running environment of self-adjustment.The paper based on the dual-core CPU processor hardware platform,including STM32F407 as master processor,finish the real-time collection and process and operation of large amounts of data;Choosing STM32F103 as the main CPU of responsible for communication and man-machine exchange,not only greatly simplifies the manual work,at the same time very good solve the difficulty of operation between the secondary devices.According to the characteristics and nature of the function of the monitoring object in this paper,hardware circuit design part modular concept of design,monitoring device for finally confirmed case of the overall design scheme and specific circuit diagram to map each function module.In this paper,using C language programming method to ensure the smooth completion of the software part of the program flow chart and program flow chart according to the functional modular hardware circuit design and improvement.Finally,the monitoring device makes its basically achieved the design scheme of measuring,controlling and communicating,and other functions by a certain electric field practice and correction.Field experimental data shows that the monitoring device of high and low voltage side of power parameters such as voltage,current signal and power measurement precision can reach 1 level,temperature and humidity signal acquisition error less than 1 ?;At the same time,the monitoring device can real-time accurate of the circuit breaker switch signal,high subsection brake etc multichannel switch signal acquisition,and steel cabinet,transformer gas and oil temperature higher fault sensitive action.completing and free flowing communications functions between various modules,and secondary equipment can be operated between each other.
