Research On The Cost Control In The Fire Protection System Reconstruction Project Of S Company

With the rapid development of our economy and society,more and more buildings are being built,more and more densely,more and more,the project of reforming fire fighting system is increasing.In the case of large-scale fire protection system renovation project,it has the overall scale,the pipeline line is paved,the quality requirement is high,the cost control pressure is large and so on.The success of the project is one of the key factors in the success of the project.So the fire control system engineering project cost control problems,make project cost control within budget,has a certain practical application value,at the same time also has reference significance for the similar project cost control.This paper studies the cost control problem by using the literature method,survey method and case analysis method.First,elaborated the paper research background,research purpose and research significance,and the related research status at home and abroad are reviewed and evaluation,on the basis of this the paper determines the research content and research ideas;Secondly,this paper summarizes the basic connotation of the project cost control,project cost control theory and method of project cost for the follow-up basis for theory and method to analyze and solve problems;Again,this paper introduces the company S fire control system reconstruction project,this paper introduces the present project cost control,and the existing problems and its reasons are analyzed;Then,the project cost control and improvement plan of S company fire control system was designed for the problem and its cause.Finally,the countermeasures are put forward in the four aspects of organization,system,technology and safety.Engineering for the modification of the company S fire control system is the main purpose of the project cost control research: the first is test current cost control method,the second is to summarize the existing problems,the third is to put forward effective improvement scheme and its security measures,provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for future similar projects.
