Discussion On The Protection Strategy Of Historical And Cultural Towns And Villages

Numerous historic towns and villages in Tianjin are the precious heritages of our ancestors,preserving the traditional culture,folk custom and art of architecture that mirror the development of the history and culture in the area and the society as well.Therefore it is our top priority to make the proper conservation plan to help the governments to protect the historic towns and villages.This is the starting point of the author’s research of this paper.The author points out the root of the problem of the historic towns and villages conservation plan by analysing the policies and theories,combining with the cases study of the conservation plan and the investigation of the towns.The author proposes the regulatory strategies adapted to the conservation plan of the historic towns and villages.The paper could be divided into four parts and five chapters,among which the author emphasizes on the fourth and the fifth chapter.The first part is the premise of the study,it is also the first chapter of the paper.In this part the paper introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the study,research methods,research status,the paper’s frame and structure;The second part is the support of the study,it includes the second and third chapters of the paper.The second chapter has introduced some theory and practices about this study,including the definition of basic concepts,the regional distribution of historical and cultural villages and towns in our country,types and characteristics of the ancient villages and towns,protection principles and objectives,contents,protection mode and some protection practices.The third chapter has introduced the status quo of historical and cultural villages and towns in Tianjin,including the causes and the distribution of historical and cultural towns and villages,landscape pattern characteristics of villages and towns,villages and towns protection present situation and existing problems,etc.Through the analysis of the theory and practice and the status quo and problems of historical and cultural villages and towns in Tianjin,it provides a research base for the paper;The third part is the main body of the study,it is also the key part of this paper,it includes the fourth and fifth chapters of the paper.The fourth chapter has introduced the contents of protection research of historical and cultural villages and towns in Tianjin,including the introduce of how to make control of the process from five aspects as environment control,space control,architecture protection,architecture height control,landscape control,the development mode,development strategy of historical and cultural villages and towns in Tianjin,and the executive system of the conservation plan contains improving legal system,setting up monitoring system,expanding source channel of fund,raising the level of education and enhancing the public participation.The fifth chapter takes Yangliuqing historical and cultural town as a case to explore the protection of historical and cultural villages and towns,the analyzing includes town situation,the historical and cultural value,protection status quo and existing problems,protection methods;The fourth part is the conclusion part of the study,this part summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,and looks forward the protection work of historical and cultural villages and towns in the future.
