Study On The Traffic Operation Post-evaluation Of Liangjiang District Yuzui Interchange

With the rapid development of urbanization,land development and urban growth exacerbated the traffic demand,and the urban transportation system facing a huge affect.Increasing urban traffic construction projects,but traffic impact assessment before project construction often have much different with actual operation situation when the project has been constructed.The paper summarizes thestudy of domestic and foreign on project post evaluation,traffic impact assessment and theoretical research and practical experience of after traffic operation post evaluation,indicating the importance of traffic operation post evaluation of urban construction projects,and it is evaluated the features of interchange.Through the Liangjiang district Yuzui interchange as object of study,theoretical of traffic operation post evaluation as a basis for evaluation of the project it was predicted,improving post evaluation,sustainability post evaluation.At the same time we put forward the evaluation content,selection for evaluate index and method for evaluation model of traffic operation post evaluation,using the evaluate result of post evaluation index contrast with the impact assessment.Project post predictive evaluation takes the prediction index of operability into consideration,at the same time,combining with the survey data of road traffic,screened some degree is impossible to quantify and the index level is not important,using the comparative analysis of the method before and after contrast for the predictive post evaluation,and raise some improvement measures.Project post evaluation for improvement combined with the index which traffic impact assessment has considered,and get the index system of post evaluation after comprehensive analysis.Determining the score of improvement index using the before and after contrast method,through AHP model to evaluate the whole effect of improve,and raise some further improvement measure combine current situation.Considering the evaluation index is not easy to quantification,so use the Delphi method to determine the weight of evaluation index,to get the evaluation grading evaluation criterion when analysis the object sustainable post evaluation.Finally using Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model to evaluate the object sustainable post evaluation.
