The operational risk of aerodrome control system is an event that is undesirable in the activities of the aerodrome control system.Chinese growing flight sorties demand and limited airport have put enormous pressure on aerodrome control and the issue of control security has become prominent.Risk management is an effective tool to ensure the safe operation of aerodrome control systems. It includes risk analysis, risk assessment and risk control. It’s necessary to implement risk management. The operation of the aerodrome control system is analyzed, and the risk management is carried out separately for what the operation of the control system is divided into two parts-the control process and the overall quality of the controller.Specific work is as follows:First, the aerodrome control process system from "man –machine –environment–management-monitor" by the five aspects of risk identification flow chart in conjunction fishbone. The risk identification of the risk source is determined by ISM.And then analyze that the quality of the controller has impact the aerodrome control system operating risk.Second, risk assessment. With the improved LEC method to do semi-quantitative evaluation,to identify the important risk in the course of operation. The basic theory of interval number of three elements is introduced into the comprehensive quality evaluation of the controller, and a new method of determining the weight of the group decision maker is given, and the evaluation model is established. Finally, the risk control strategy of the aerodrome control system is introduced, and the control points of the process are analyzed from the risk evaluation results, and the specific risk control measures are put forward. And for the overall quality of the controller part of the evaluation results in the impact of four factors to strengthen the training.
