Generation planning in the development and operation of the power system plays a decisive role.The planning results will directly affect the safe and stable operation of power systems.Under the influence of the social low carbon trend,the comprehensive evaluation of power planning needs to consider the power supply reliability,economy,environmental benefits and many other factors.With the continuous development of the economy,increased electricity load,and the addition of new energy sources,these are new challenges to generation planning.In line with the needs of sustainable socio-economic development,low-carbon environmental protection has become a generation plan evaluation must consider the factors.Based on the above analysis,this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation of low-carbon generation supply planning,the main contents are as follows:At first,the principle of the establishment of the index system is analyzed.Aiming at the comprehensive evaluation of low-carbon generation supply planning,the index system of low-carbon generation supply planning scheme is established.Including the four primary indicators are reliability,security,economy,low carbon and 16 secondary indicators.Moreover,The calculation method of the weight of comprehensive evaluation index of low-carbon generation supply planning is studied.Aiming at the problem that there is a large deviation between the weight value and the real value using only a single subjective and objective weighting method,a maximum combination weighting method based on the sum of the squared deviations is proposed.The subjective weight is determined by triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the objective weight is determined by entropy weight method.The combination weight is determined by the method of maximum square deviation.The weight value is obtained by an example,and its weight value is used to evaluate the low-carbon generation supply plan by fuzzy extension model.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation method of low-carbon generation supply planning is studied.A comprehensive evaluation model of low-carbon generation supply planning based on fuzzy extension is established.According to the data of low-carbongeneration supply planning,the classical and regional domains of each evaluation index are determined and then evaluate the matter element,and then use the correlation function to calculate the correlation degree of each index in the corresponding level.And then use the relationship between the weight and the degree of relevance to determine its comprehensive relevance degree,and finally use the level bias eigenvalue to determine the level of matter to be evaluated.The scientific validity of the comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy extensible low-carbon generation planning is verified by numerical simulation.
