| Power grid project has the characteristics of large investment,long construction period,involving in a wide range,poor investment transfer,each component has relevance,advanced nature,etc.With the increase of power grid investment scale,The risk of power grid project is becoming more and more serious,occurs more and more accidents,has caused huge economic and personnel losses.Under this background,it has important practical significance to study the risk management system of power grid project.In addition,the basic data of China’s power grid project risk management is relatively weak,the risk management process needs to be improved,the risk assessment method to be optimized,which provides an important theoretical significance for the study.This paper is started in power grid project risk management,using the theory of project risk management,analyzing the risk management process,building power grid project risk evaluation index system,set up power grid evaluation model,evaluated the risks of various risk point and The overall risk of the project status of power grid.In addition,this study selected a specific grid project in Guangdong province as object of empirical study,discusses the applicability of the risk evaluation model and operability.This paper firstly expounds the concept of risk and project risk,analyzes the implementation process of power grid construction project,summarizes the characteristics and risk characteristics of power grid construction project.Secondly,on the basis of the above analysis,identified the power grid construction project risk,constructed the risk evaluation index system.Third,This study is used expert evaluation method and Analytic hierarchy process set up power grid evaluation model,build the steps and methods of power grid project risk evaluation.Forth,combined with specific cases,using analytic method of power grid construction project risk index weights,and the risk profile of each risk factor by using expert scoring method and give the quantitative comprehensive evaluation results.Finally,making the power grid construction project risk management measures,including to develop a risk management plan,risk prevention strategies,risk monitoring and control.Develop in the power grid project risk management measures,specifically elaborated the power transmission project construction process involved in the construction project risk,economic risk,environmental risk and project risk management risk response measures and improve the operability of risk response. |
