Engine Pump Information Management System Based On MES

MES manufacturing execution system as connecting upper plan management system and the lower control system,is an essential toll for manufacturing enterprise informatization.MES application of information management system will play a maximum upper plan and at the bottom of the control performance of the combined.In this paper on the basis of the research MES technology,combined with the car engine water pump assembly line,and in the case of fully understand the needs of customers,in view of the engine water pump assembly line corresponding to the information management system development.Paper first detailed analysis according to the customer's demand,then the hardware and software needed for the system in the design and procurement,finally complete database design,debugging and implementation of the system,etc.System in the implementation stage of each location in addition to the location of the assembly work,in the production of the most important thing is to realize the quality of data management.Quality data is the source of the trace,so the main task in the process of writing paper is a complete system design and implementation of information management,and finally based on information management system improvement.Paper mainly includes six modules for the system:database design,information collection,large screen display,data query,data archiving,case verification.After the completion of the system design and preliminary assembly work,during trial operation,due to design problems and needs of customers and then on the system is improved,make it run more smoothly and ment the actual needs.System mainly adopts the.net technology,c#language and SQL SERVER 2008 database technology,UDP network communication technology,HTML web page,in view of the system for each workstation and server client program development,and use it.By using ADO.NET,to realize the collection of data in the three-tier architecture;the database for data storage and some logic judgment;UDP technology achieve information communication;HTML technology achieve web version of the data query;C#language implementation station design,large screen display,data archiving and the validation in the form of the client using the design of the display.All development and design of this system is according to actual project engine pump assembly line of research and development,all development research in the system have been applied to practical production,completed the assembly line production capabilities and quality data management capabilities,and can have continuous uninterrupted production assembly line,meet the requirement of the actual production of the enterprise,achieved good effect.
