Research On IPD Mode Of Construction Project And Its Application

With the continuous development of engineering construction industry,the scale of engineering projects is becoming more and more significant,construction project delivery model has been improved.DBB mode,DB mode,risk CM mode,partnring mode and DOB mode and other traditional delivery model has become difficult to meet the development needs of the industry.Faced with the production efficiency,the project duration delay,the higher the cost of construction is difficult to control the problem.The emergence of the IPD model provides a new way to solve these problems,so that the project in the cost control and reduce the duration and other aspects of the great improvement.In this context,this paper first analyzes the concept of IPD model.summarizes the characteristics of IPD model,research status at home and abroad.Then,by comparing the traditional delivery model to obtain the true feasibility of IPD model and its advantages.Secondly,it puts forward the framework of implementing IPD model,analyzes the key factors of implementation,and puts forward the implementation measures,and combines with BIM technology and lean thought.Secondly,it analyzes the practical application of IPD model in American medical building,and puts forward the obstacle of obstacle,liability disorder,risk sharing obstacle,technical obstacle and IPD model which may arise in our application of IPD model.Finally,specific solutions are made to possible obstacles.The core of this paper mainly analyzes the concrete implementation framework of IPD model in our country.On the basis of solidarity and cooperation,the IPD model team was formed through the early intervention of the participants,and the team developed the working procedure under the premise of signing the cooperation contract.In the implementation process found that there may be problems,and proposed solutions to be resolved.
