Chinese wild grapes with wide adaptability and strong resistance,is a very valuable germplasm resources,but due to destruction of ecological environment,a serious impact on the survival and development of wild grapes.The geographical differentiation characteristics of Chinese wild grapes is the precondition of protection policy.Depth understanding of the geographical differentiation of Chinese wild grapes and its relationship with the environment,can predict the environment's influence on the diversity of wild grapes,to provide theoretical support for China wild grapes germplasm resources research,protection and utilization in the future.In this study,a total of 95 strains of 16 species of wild grapes derived from different regions of China were selected as experimental materials.The properties of different phenological phase,the morphological data of adult leaves and heat tolerance of wild grapes were identified,using the significance analysis and correlation analysis to determine the geographical latitude difference influence on Chinese wild grapes botanical characteristics,the geographical differentiation characteristics of Chinese wild grapes are discussed.The results of the study are as follows:1.Due to the distribution of different provenance of wild grapes in China,In Zhengzhou,Henan province,there were significant differences in the budding period,the beginning of flowering,flowering period,the beginning of berries and berries ripening with the latitude of provenance was significantly negative correlation.Show the higher the geographical latitude of the wild grapes,the earlier date into the budding period,the beginning of flowering,flowering period,the beginning of berries and berries ripening.2.In Zhengzhou,Henan province,the leaf petiole,leaf length,leaf width and leaf size of being grown up leaves of the wild species showed different degrees of variation with the change of the latitude of provenance,and the leaf petiole,leaf length,leaf width and leaf size of being grown up leaves of Chinese wild grapes were significantly positively related with the latitude of provenance.That with the increase of the latitude of provenance,the leaf petiole,leaf length,leaf width and leaf area increased significantly.There was no difference in the aspect ratio between leaf length and leaf width of being grown up leaves of the different species of wild grapes,and no related with the geographical latitude.3.In Zhengzhou,Henan province,there are significant selection gradients in the heat tolerance of Chinese wild grapes in uneven the latitude of provenance.It results showed that there was no correlation between the heat resistance characteristics and the the latitude of provenance.But through further research found that,there were significant differences in the heat tolerance of 15 wild species except for mountain grapes in different geographical latitudes,and negatively correlated with the latitude of provenance.Vitis amurensis has a strong resistance,it is not only the strongest cold resistance,and heat resistance is extremely strong in the grapes.So it has affected the Chinese wild grapes in the process of analysis of heat tolerance of geographical differences in the results.4.This study analyzed the geographical differentiation characteristics of Chinese wild grapes in Zhengzhou,Henan province,and then the geographical characteristics of wild grapes in China are reflected.The results showed that different geographical provenances of wild grapes to the environment were different at different geographical scales.This confirms that the distribution pattern of Chinese wild grapes geography is not accidental,but the result of environmental conditions influence on plants.Chinese wild grapes achieve the purpose of survival and reproduction by adjusting their own botanical functions to adapt to the change of external environment.
