The beginning of Chinese teaching is the selection of teaching material. This article discussed four aspects of Daily Life Chinese, they are the structure, content, function and form of the textbook. Combined with the comprehensive analysis and the questionnaire investigation of the students summarize the influence of Chinese textbook. We can see from the analysis of the textbook that this is a book which pay attention to the continuity of knowledge points and repeat. Chinese culture part which is more lively and interesting. The content of the textbook is fundamental, the choice of vocabulary close to daily life. The amount and the difficulty of new words are suitable for students to learn. Grammar items set from easy to difficult progress consecution. At the same time, this textbook has certain deficiencies. For example, phonetic value degree is not enough. Choose sound enough training system, with poor regularity, the training of the introduction of communicative statements too early, etc.; Attention to the teaching of Chinese characters but the lack of systematic, less practice about Chinese characters; Some inaccurate annotations and there are a few graphic phenomenon, etc.Aiming at these problems, we put forward to some suggestions and thinking on how to teaching national primary stage. First, attaches great importance to the phonetic teaching, the teaching design according to the different learners country, most from the perspective of learners, targeted for pronunciation practice writing; Second, attaches great importance to the teaching of Chinese characters, set up the consciousness of Chinese characters in compiling textbooks, take advantage of the Chinese character culture learners' writing system of Chinese character learning; Third, pay attention to the words of explanation and fully aware of the voice, meaning, grammar, culture and context between the nuances; Finally, To introduce Chinese culture objectively and correctly, both fun and at the same time should also consider more actual situation, understand the latest situation, make the teaching materials to reflect the contemporary China.
