Exercises are an important part of the teaching of Chinese classes.The exercises in the textbook are the practice materials mainly used by the students during the language practice.Teachers in the actual teaching also according to the textbook exercises to organize students to learn,use language.According to the actual Chinese classroom teaching situation,the teachers in the use of materials for practice,the exercises are not suitable for some of the current teaching object part.How to choose reasonable use of teaching materials is a problem that overseas teachers must consider.Based on the teaching practice of the students,this paper uses the New Practical Chinese Reader(1?2)and the exercise books as examples,put forward practical suggestions on the development of teaching materials from different angles,and put forward more reasonable suggestions on the secondary development of teaching materials from the teachers' point of view.The purpose is to use the teaching materials more efficiently and to mobilize the students to practice as much as possible.The first chapter is the introduction,including two parts.The first part mainly introduces the meaning of the topic,the research basis and the research method,and carries on an overall summary to the research mentality.The second part is a literature review,combined with the existing research literature,mainly on the textbooks and Chinese textbooks practice study systematically summed up the concept of secondary development,content,methods of systematic overview.The second chapter is a brief introduction and statistical analysis of the "New Practical Chinese Textbook".The main statistical part is the question type of the exercises and the statistical analysis of the questions,And from the perspective of communicative competence training to analyze the problems in teaching materials.The third chapter mainly introduces the compiling idea and writing style of"New Practical Chinese Textbook" and emphasizes on the author's teaching practice,learning characteristics,practice situation and practice effect.At last,the author uses two other textbooks Chinese teachers to interview,according to the contents of the interview sorted out the basic flow of teachers,teaching materials,views about exercises and how to practice activities.Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 are the main parts of the development of teaching materials.According to the process of Chinese teaching,the author conducts the development of linguistic elements practice from four aspects:phonetics,vocabulary,grammar and Chinese characters,and carries on the tasks from the perspective of comprehensive exercises.,And introduced improvement in teaching design,while teaching materials for the development and organization of teachers to provide their own recommendations.Through the analysis and research of New Practical Chinese Textbook" and combining with its own teaching practice,the author integrated the phonetic practice materials in the textbooks,cut down the unnecessary practice materials and put forward a variety of practice methods.In the vocabulary and grammar part,the author simply integrated practice materials,increased the content of class practice and a variety of efficient practice.In the practice of Chinese characters,some effective Chinese characters practice and review methods are put forward.In the development of integrated task practice,the practice book and textbook exercises to integrate,according to the content of practice classification,and delete some complex task exercises,put forward a simple and practical method of task practice.In the end,according to the author's practical experience in developing teaching materials,teachers should be based on the development of teaching materials itself,while in the development process to follow the principle of student-centered to develop students' communicative competence for the purpose.
