This paper aims to study the teaching Chinese as a foreign language under the guidance of learners'requirements. The main teaching object of this paper is the 25 Korean regional experts in Xi'an. By designing questionnaires, I analysis the survey of the learners' requirements characteristics from language learning attitude, cognitive strategies and social roles of three aspects of the subject of the investigation.According to teaching practice and recording, classroom data transcripts, audio, and other Chinese proficiency test collection, the needs of learners will be divided into three categories, namely:daily life, social affairs and examination requirements. On this basis. The three types of classroom teaching organization and arrangements under the auspices of the requirements of learners are clearly reflected through curriculum design and teaching Case analysis, which intended to provide ideas and materials for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.Finally, Getting the teaching effectiveness from students'feedback, college assessment and daily application.And summed up three teaching problems:conflicts and systematic teaching flexibility; contradiction learner groups and individuals; instability needs of learners. Then submit appropriate recommendations for improvement.By this paper's Foreign Language Teaching and Research for the requirements of learners guide initiate and provide effective information policy for one Chinese teaching.
