Multiple adverbial order is a difficult point in modern Chinese grammar,it is also one of the most prone to errors in grammar points for foreign students.In this paper,with the help of the HSK dynamic composition corpus of Beijing Language and Culture University.By contrasting English with Chinese,this paper studies the errors of word order in the acquisition of multiple adverbials made by native English speaking students.Hoping to find out the causes of errors and put forward teaching suggestions.The whole paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one is the introduction part.The author briefly describes the origins of subjects.the importance of Chinese word order,the error rate of word order and the importance of word order for teaching are discussed.At the same time,This chapter summarizes the research achievements of related multiple adverbials,and puts forward the research methods for this paper.The second chapter makes a comparison between Chinese and English ordering of multiple adverbials.The similarities and differences between them are analyzed,such as the definition of multiple adverbials,the composition of materials,the position and the factors that restrict the word order.For finding the root causes to further illustrate the reasons of the errors in the ordering of Chinese multiple adverbials made by native English-speaking students.The third chapter is based on the corpus of Beijing Language and Culture University HSK dynamic composition corpus.A total of 73 cases of English Adverbial order errors were selected.Analyses the word order errors about these five adverbials,adverbials of time ? adverbials of willing ?adverbials of associated?adverbials of negative?adverbials of object,appear in a same sentence with other adverbials.The fourth chapter from three aspects: students?teachers and the teaching materials,explores the causes of errors,and aims at these reasons to put forward the feasibility countermeasures for learning and Teaching.
