In recent years,"Chinese fever" in the global prevalence of Confucius Institute and Confucius class have been established,engaged in the number of volunteer Chinese teachers increased year by year,intercultural communication problems are increasingly apparent.As a Chinese volunteer who went to the Thailand,the author found that there were intercultural communication cases in Hanban training,for example,the case update is not timely,incomplete and other issues.It was hoped that through the collection of Naphonphanom in northeastern Thailand,enrich Chinese volunteers intercultural communication research,and help volunteer Chinese teacher solve intercultural communication issues,so they can teach Chinese knowledge and spread Chinese culture better.Fistly,the research elaborates the source of the topic,the current situation of the study,the purpose and significance of the study,the research contents and methods.Secondly,it summarizes the main factors of intercultural communication,and the article mainly from the external factors and internal factors in two aspects of specific analysis.Thirdly,the author collect and sort intercultural communication cases about Naphonphanom in northeastern Thailand.These cases are described and analyzed from four aspects: material culture,behavior culture,institutional culture and mentality culture,and provide the specific solutions.Finally,make suggestions on how to improve the intercultural communication ability of volunteer Chinese teacher.
