With the further development of economic globalization,a demand for skilled professionals majoring in French is increasing.For this social trend,French major in vocational colleges is becoming a major source of french talents.However,due to the short period of teaching,the lack of teaching experiences,and the low-level combination of the teaching concepts and the practical teaching,classroom teaching has many problems,which is affecting the quality of personnel training.In order to better meet the needs of the society,it is urgent to explore the ways to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Under the background of the country greatly developing occupation education and implementing new curriculum reform,the study on the effective classroom teaching of French in vocational colleges is instructive for the transformation of teaching ideas,the make-up for the inefficiency of classroom teaching,and the guidance for practical classroom-teaching.And it is also helpful to enrich the theory of effective teaching and reflect the characteristics of subjects.The findings of this study will help to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching of French in vocational colleges,and to provide valuable reference for the effective classroom teaching of French,making the classroom teaching center students and promoting students' ability to study all their life.From the perspective of effective teaching theory,based on literature analysis,questionnaire survey and classroom observation,this paper focuses on the classroom teaching of French in vocational colleges.First of all,according to the needs of professional training and the characteristics of students,the paper summarizes the standards and characteristics of the effective teaching of French in vocational colleges.Then it makes a detailed analysis of the effectiveness of existing classroom teaching,and points out some problems in terms of the selection of teaching content,implementation of students' dominant position,and the design of classroom situation and so on,which result in the inefficiency of classroom teaching.At finally,it sumsup the factors influencing the classroom teaching,and puts forward the strategies improving classroom teaching in several aspects such as teaching preparation,teaching behavior and teaching evaluation,etc.
