Chinese characters,which has a long history,is the treasure of the Chinese nation,and it also plays an important role in our daily life.At the same time,teaching Chinese characters is an important part in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.But because of students' fear,improper learning methods,and old teaching methods,teaching Chinese characters is also a headache.My article has done the research of primary Uzbekistan students about Chinese situation,mainly by questionnaire method and experimental method.According to the local students' Chinese learning characteristics,proves that origin method and component method can improve the students remembering efficiency of Chinese characters,reduce students' fear of Chinese characters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly explains four parts,that is,the selected topic reason,the research purpose,research background and research methods.And through comparing several common literacy methods' advantages and disadvantages based on predecessors' understanding,finally I select origin method and component method as the teaching methods for Uzbekistan students.The second chapter introduced Uzbekistan students Chinese characters teaching situation,by questionnaire and my observation.Questionnaire shows that,Uzbekistan students still have trouble in memorizing Chinese characters,hoping teachers can teach characters vividly from pictures.But Chinese teaching in Uzbekistan is still relatively outdated now,local teachers' teaching has a lot of problems.Therefore,we need some effective Chinese characters teaching methods.The third chapter is the integrated use of origin method and component method.By showing the teaching designs of two kinds of teaching method and the traditional method,we can see their differences visually.The fourth chapter is the contrast experiment,using two teaching designs mentioned in the third chapter.Through teacher's observation and experiment datas,we can prove the effectiveness of the integrated use of origin method and component method objectively.The fifth chapter is conclusion,mainly expounds the innovation and deficiency of the teaching methods.Due to constraints and limited time,experimental designs and implementation also has certain problems.And the experimental objects are only the two classes teached by me,so we can see that the integrated use of origin method and component method has certain influence on increasing students' interest in learning Chinese characters and improving students' literacy efficiency.But it has little effect on the students memorization of Chinese character pronunciation,which needs to be researched.
