The Research On The Evaluation Of The Level Of Civilization Of City Residents Based On Feelings

Along with the rapid growth of the economy and our country, continuously improvement of people's living standards, the city civilization highlights its function about regulating and enhancing the development of the city. The government paid more attention to constructing the city civilization, put forward the policy of construction of civilized city, founded the evaluation system. Majority of the present studies are related with the macro economy data, there is less research on the evaluation of a city civilization level from the residents' personal feelings. In other words, whether the city can effectively meet the residents' needs of material and spiritual based on residents' feelings. So the research on the evaluation of the level of civilization of the city based on the feelings of the residents has practical significance.Firstly, we made research on the related literatures of the city civilization level of domestic and foreign, analyzed about established evaluation system of city civilization level, combined the theory of customer satisfaction, we identified four major effects of city civilization level, the quality of residents, the residents' expectation, the government service quality, the social environment, constructed the evaluation theory model based on residents' feelings.Secondly, according to the constructed theoretical model, we established the index system of city civilization evaluation, designed questionnaire, distributed questionnaire of the urban residents in Changchun, selected useful questionnaire, sorted out the effective questionnaire data, and carried out the reliability and validity analysis on the data of detection.Thirdly, we used first-order factor model and high order factor in structural equation model on the empirical analysis of the theoretical model in this thesis. We calculated the path coefficients between measured variables and the influence factors, the influence factors and the level of civilization of the city, and conducted suitability test of the model.Finally, we evaluated the city civilization level based on influence factors, drew the scores about the city civilization level according to residents' feelings, and put forward the improvement measures and suggestions to help the government to make relevant city civilization construction.
