Since the end of the 20 th century, the elderly population of China continues to grow, and the demand for old care services is also growing. At present, China's pension services including family pension, institutional pension, and home based old care. In order to improve the research of labor-exporting provinces' old care services in Midwest for the Aged, this paper selected Neijiang City as a representative, according to ask questions, analyze and solve problems to study its home based care service model.Some of the major issues are raised by combing the literature review and theoretical concepts, to identify research questions. Literature analysis, the research status of home care services were reviewed and Comment. Then give the questions. Meanwhile, interpretation of the concepts and theories involved in this article is raised.Analysis mainly contains some of the major issues for Neijiang home care service by model analysis.
