Especially since the new century, The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the “three rural issues”, Give extra support to the policy and funds, the development of rural areas changes everyday. But the problem of unbalanced development between urban and rural areas, backward infrastructure and lack of spiritual life exist always.The recognition of the party organizations in the rural youth decreases. The right consciousness of Party members and cadres and people is constantly awakening. The old and new situation puts forward higher request to the construction of our party. It's a huge challenge whether we can adapt to the new situation and do a good job of Party building under the new normal or not.
