The Study On The Volunteers Services Of Community Endowment In Haidian District,beijing

As the largest developing country in the world,the degree of population aging in our country is very worrying.And the problem of getting old before getting rich is becoming more and more obvious.In the face of this global problem,how to care for the elderly and to choose where to support the elderly will be or have become one of the major livelihood issues that our government needs to face and solve urgently.Accompanied by the development of social economy and the change of the traditional family structure,the family endowment and the institution endowment have no way to adapt to the current severe aging situation and the actual needs of the elderly.And the community endowment gradually develops into a carrier and support of a variety of pension services.However,the government should not only actively deal with the problem of aging,but also face the increasingly prominent issue of interest demands.So it is not practical to rely solely on the government's power to solve the aging problem.In addition,with the continuous enhancement of social consciousness and responsibility,more and more people begin to focus on the public welfare.And various social voluntary organizations have gradually developed and grown up.Based on this background,volunteers gradually begin to become an indispensable and valuable resource in the community endowment services.And the volunteers service of community endowment increasingly arouses the attention of society.Beijing is China's political,transportation and cultural center and its population aging problem is particularly important.After nearly ten years of development,there have been a large number of volunteer service teams in Haidian District.But there are few volunteers service of community endowment dedicated to the elderly.This paper applies the relevant theories of management and sociology,affirms the important role of the volunteers service of community endowment,makes an empirical analysis of the current situation in Haidian District,Beijing,points out the existing problems and makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.Based on this,the paper puts forward suggestions and measures to improve the community endowment volunteer service.These measures mainly include:expanding the human allocation of volunteers,increasing the content of volunteer service,improving the training and incentive mechanism of volunteers,increasing the number of young elderly volunteers,increasing capital investment,cultivating the spirit of volunteers service,encouraging the whole society to participate in the community pension volunteer service.
