With the deepening of economic globalization and the constant improvement of the socialist market economy,e-government evaluation is increasingly becoming the focus of e-government research.Online administrative examination and approval system,as a way of the latest applications of e-government,simplify handling processes,improve service levels,represent the future trend of the reform of administrative examination and approval.How to evaluate the government's administrative examination and approval service online through the scientific method,to identify problems and propose solutions targeted countermeasures have important practical significance.In this paper,the theory of satisfaction,expect the basic theory and the new public service theory on the use of structural equation method constructed based on online government administrative examination and approval service evaluation model of public satisfaction,and Shenyang as a case study,from the public Perspective satisfaction of the Shenyang municipal government administrative examination and approval service online evaluation,drawn Shenyang City Administrative Approval Service online total evaluation index,based on the evaluation results that the public Shenyang online administrative approval is not satisfied with the service,but public expectations of services are high,the future there is a large room for improvement.Perceived quality using the service after the greatest impact,the government's image of the lowest scores on the evaluation results,thus improving Shenyang online administrative examination and approval service needs to take measures improving perceived quality and improve the government's image,and so,increase public awareness of online administrative examination and approval service satisfaction degree.
