| In recent years,with the continuous integration of Internet information technology and higher education,online education has gradually been known and recognized by the public.However there are many problems in online education,such as poor learning effect,poor communication between teachers and students,platform caton and so on.The task of improving the quality of online education is imminent.Based on this,this study first carding the related research,with "student satisfaction" as the theme of knowledge network retrieval,found in higher education,for student satisfaction research from the overall trend is increasing year by year,from the perspective of the content of online education satisfaction evaluation,and relevant scholars focus on the evaluation of online education platform and the teaching process,The teaching evaluation or college evaluation organized by the Ministry of Education is still the main,with little consideration of the actual needs of students.Through the literature review of the research status of online education in colleges and universities and the evaluation standards of online education at home and abroad,the relevant factors affecting the development of high line online education are extracted.Secondly,combined with the student data of online education platform,tracking students’ learning dynamics and objectively analyzing students’ learning effects;At the same time,on the basis of summarizing the relevant customer satisfaction evaluation models,starting from the actual needs of students for online education,the construction of college online education evaluation theoretical model based on student satisfaction,and put forward hypotheses.Five potential variables,including social impact,student expectation,perceived quality,perceived value and student satisfaction,as well as 31 observation variables,were set up to investigate college students in Tianjin.Questionnaires were distributed through the Questionnaire star platform,and the results were empirically analyzed by using SPSS25.0 software.Finally,optimization suggestions are put forward according to the empirical research results.Based on the sample data,the student satisfaction index is calculated,analyzed and evaluated,and its weight is calculated according to the scoring results of each index.AMOS software was used to verify the correlation between each factor,and the theoretical model was revised and evaluated. |
