The System of public selection of cadres is necessary for modern law governance and the construction of Socialism democratic politics. that is why we consider it as a reform and innovation of the cadre and personnel system.After a long-term exploration and practice, our government has formed a set system of training, supervision, recall etc. At the same time, it also exposed some problems such as the mismatching of the post and personnel, and even the abnormal short time between the appointment and recall. The party`s 18 th plenary session in 2012 saw the new period of transformation of China`s leadership from“single breakthrough type” to “overall progress type” and “different” to “the essential”. This is an urgent requirement to speed up the pace of reform and efforts to the present cadre system, which means we have to pay more attention to the innovation of the system. This is also an inevitable requirement of economic and political development as well as the reform of the system. At present, the open selection has become a major way of appointment of cadres. it is an expansion of view for a better people orientation, All in all, it is essential, realistic, feasible and meaningful to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of selection system.
