At present, our country has established a set of more perfect civil service selection and appointment system of Chinese characteristics, in order to appointment system and election system as the main form, embodies the "Party cadres" this organization principle. Since the reform and opening up, the successful practice has fully proved the superiority of our country's civil service selection and appointment system. However, with the continuous development of China's socialist market economy and the continuous development of democratic politics and the deepening of reform, China's civil service selection and appointment system is also facing new environment, new challenges.In the early twenty-first Century, competitive selection has gradually become the most popular and direct selection method. But in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee, to improve the competitive selection of cadres to improve the training and selection of outstanding young cadres to distinguish mechanism, the implementation of the election system and the appointment of cadres, the number of nationwide competitive selection also began to gradually reduce. At the same time, the civil service recruitment examination and civil service selection, respectively, as the entrance of the civil service and grassroots civil servants rising channels, has become the most important of the two kinds of civil service normalization test.The constant changes in the way of civil servants' selection and appointment, reflects the desire of the party and the government to select the builders and successors of the real socialist cause. For a long time, the party and the government has been working to explore a set of scientific civil service selection and appointment system and the implementation of the system. In this system, no matter how the selection system changes, the interview process as an important part of the selection test, the status is even more significant. This is because the subjectivity of the interview is strong, it can reflect the competitive differences between different talents, so as to better achieve the purpose and requirements of the selection. After more than and 10 years of practice exploration, structured interview and leaderless group discussion by virtue of its good reliability and validity, provides procedural safeguards to ensure the fairness, scientificalness and reliability of the interview, become the main form of civil service examinations interview. However, with the deepening of comprehensive reform, the existing problems of the existing pattern of the interview is also constantly exposed, much controversy.This article focuses on the existing civil service selection interview mode as the starting point, based on the comparison and analysis of structured interview and leaderless group discussion mode of empirical data, trying to find a workable, rigorous high interview mode, so as to better play the practical utility of civil servants selection interview.
