Study On The Livelihoods Vulnerability Situation And Countermeasure Of Female Peasant Workers

As China's urbanization continues to accelerate,the differences between urban and rural is gradually narrowing,especially in social situations emphasizes employment,back into their homes by the number of female migrant workers is increasing.They are mostly concentrated in labor-intensive industries,to provide more human resources for the city's economic development,inject more fresh blood,but also for the development of rural business also provides a role.But women migrant workers remains one of the vulnerable groups in our city,they suffer from double discrimination and pressure to urban life and employment.One is from social identity,and male migrant workers as vulnerable to the impact of unemployment,economic fluctuations,accidents and other social risks.The second is from gender roles,mainly due to women's unique physical structure and fragile mental construction,so that they face interaction crowd single,humble social status,gender discrimination and sexual harassment and other issues.Due to the scarcity of the legitimate interests of individual social resources can not be guaranteed,most women migrant workers in the city have no sense of belonging and the owner,is more psychological sense of loss and passing,which has aroused more attention and discussion.Premier Li Keqiang in 2014 government work report pointed to "co-ordinate work to do to protect and improve people's livelihood,and strive to achieve fuller,higher-quality jobs,enable workers to more decent life with more dignity," effectively demonstrates China's "people-oriented" the governing philosophy and commitment to reform,so in order to achieve modernization,building a harmonious society background background,the research status quo livelihood problems of women migrant workers has a certain theoretical and practical significance.From the perspective of vulnerability,checking and compilation of relevant literature,with its livelihood capital evaluation system based on a combination of questionnaires and interviews and field surveys,Fenggang Town,Dongguan City,female migrant workers vulnerability of livelihoods features and the causes were analyzed.Through statistical analysis software SPSS survey data analysis,the details of the vulnerability of women migrant workers in the capital of livelihood,in varying degrees in four aspects of financial capital,human capital,physical capital and social capital.According to the survey results of the questionnaire and case interviews show,the author summarizes the design factors affecting the vulnerability of women migrant workers are many,mostly dual system failure,lack of formal social support,low personal culture and family values desalination,etc..Based on the theory of sustainable livelihoods,the Government should reform and improve the legal system,establish and improve a social security system of women migrant workers,opening a wide range of development channels.Enterprises should conscientiously protect the legitimate rights and interests of female migrant workers,advocates of Consciousness.Community should strengthen supervision,increase publicity and education in modern society gender,to play the role of social support.Individuals should improve their professional skills,improve self-protection awareness,and enhance the city into the initiative.
