People's usual impressions on civil servants are glamorous,influential and enviable.But they don't know a great gap between grass-roots civil servants and other civil servants.As the backbone of the civil servants team,the post-1980 s generation civil servants should suffer more occupational stress than other age groups of civil servants.They have to not only face the competition of the new generation of the post-1990 s generation civil servants,but also be affected by difficult promotion within the system and the public's misunderstanding and other multiple factors.Therefore,studying the reasons of the occupational stress of the post-1980 s generation grass-roots civil servants,influencing factors of causing excessive occupational stress,proposing targeted and practical coping countermeasures to ease occupational stress will better help them restore physical and mental health,improve the work efficiency,and strengthen the ability to adapt work.In this thesis,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 233 post-1980 s generation civil servants in the C area of Nanchang.At the same time,the one-to-one semi-structured interviews are conducted among several post-1980 s generation civil servants.The thesis tries to analyze the post-1980 s generation grass-roots civil servants' occupational stress general situation through questionnaires and interviews.The research results show that there existing the phenomenon that the post-1980 s generation grass-roots civil servants' occupational stress in the C area of Nanchang is generally high,occupational stress is too high and the working strength is too intensive.The reasons are from the work itself,superior leadership,interpersonal relationship,family and social pressure,promotion,life,etc.Lacking of effective psychological pressure channel and the post-1980 s generation grass-roots civil servants' understanding deviation cause job burnout,physical illness,family conflicts,decadent depression and a series of adverse influences which all bring about a lot of obvious negative effects on the post-1980 s generation grass-roots civil servants' personal development and grassroots organizations.Considering the reality of C area,the thesis proposes effective countermeasures from organizational,personal and social aspects to ease the post-1980 s generation grass-roots civil servants' occupational stress.Develop more scientific and rational organizational systems and psychological care.The post-1980 s generation grass-roots civil servants themselves practice good mentality and cultivate correct ways of relaxation.The society should give them more understanding and support.Hope these countermeasures can provide certain reference for them.
