Therefore, it is very important to find the issues in the communication process of public crisis, analyze the causes of problems, and improve the communication mechanism in local government public crisis management.In this paper, literature research combing the research status of domestic and foreign public crisis information communication; Summed up the public crisis of meaning, features, integration of public crisis management in the general theory of information communication, It describes the role and importance of public crisis information communication; In this paper, case analysis, combined with Lanzhou City4 ? 11 water pollution incident, describes the basic sequence of events, as well as local government before, during, and afterwards the various stages of communication countermeasure, Summed up the lack of countermeasures exist and analyze problems causes.
