Establish a scientific and rational civil service pay system is completed and a sound civil service system and an important part of the premise. Because of its specificity career civil servants to develop a certain extent, on its pay system is another industry benchmark and a reference object, but also because the source of their remuneration is public finances, so easily aroused widespread concern. Scientific and rational civil service pay system has a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of civil servants serve the people. Built on the basis of the above facts, the civil service pay system fair and equitable, orderly, scientific and reasonable salary system will serve as a model for other sectors of society and guide, we will also attract talents to enrich the civil service, to curb corruption and improve government efficiency play a decisive role. Gradually formed after the 2015 release of the latest "basic wage adjustment organs Opinions standards" on the wage has been adjusted, but the existing civil service pay system is based on wage reform in 2006, slightly adjust its subsidies and welfare the "rank wage system."
