The civil service pay system not only has an impact on the personal interests of civil servants,but also will have a huge impact on our society,economy and politics.A set of scientific,reasonable,practical civil servant pay system that is adapted to the national conditions of our country can effectively improve the enthusiasm of the civil servants and the efficiency of government administration.At the same time,it also plays an extremely important role in our social progress,economic development and political construction.The promulgation of the "Law of Civil Servants of the People's Republic of China" in 2006 marked the reform of the civil service compensation system and achieved tremendous results.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the current civil service pay system.Therefore,it is profound theoretical and practical significant to study the civil service pay system to put forward suggestions on further deepening the civil service pay system reform in our country.This article first introduces the concept of the civil service pay system and domestic and foreign research status.Then based on the review of reform process of the civil service pay system in china,the existing civil service pay system in our country is discussed in the aspects of the standard of salary structure,the salary growth mechanism,the performance appraisal of the pay,the encouragement of the pay and the internal and external fairness predicament.At the same time,we have learned and borrowed from the advanced ideas and experiences of the developed western countries.In the end,suggestions are put forward to deepen the reform of the civil service pay system in China.This article is to establish a set of scientific,reasonable and effective incentive,taking into account the internal and external equity of the civil service pay system.The key point is to continuously improve the legal security system,reasonably adjust the remuneration structure,improve the pay adjustment mechanism,improve the pay investigation system,closely link the performance appraisal with the remuneration,and explore the proposal of establishing the system of "broadband pay increase" with special emphasis on " Performance-oriented concept " of the introduction,so as to realize the effective encouragement of the civil service pay system and improve theoperational efficiency of the government administrative department.
