In recent years, Domestic Violence against Minor Children often happened, this aroused people's concern. On March 1, 2016 began to implement the "anti- violence law of the People's Republic of China"(Hereinafter referred to as anti- Domestic violence law) makes the prevention and control of Domestic violence to enter a new stage. This helps to further protect the rights of vulnerable groups. If it can be effectively curb after the actual implementation effect will remain to be practical. From the particularity of the minors consider, legal regulation, relief way should be targeted. In order to build a better system of perfecting the legal protection of minors, combining has been implemented anti- Domestic violence law, to perfect the legal protection of minors system better, we should never think adults because of the particularity of its own, legal regulation, the relief way also should have the pertinence.This paper takes “the research on the domestic violence prevention for minor children”, combining with the anti- Domestic violence law has performed a in-depth thinking. In addition to the introduction, this article is divided into five parts:The first part: introducing two typical cases of minor children suffered from the domestic violence.This part started with two typical cases and analyzed, pointed out our country in dealing with the problem of domestic violence against minors.The second part: Theoretical considerations for minors to domestic violence. The connotation of this part for minors to domestic violence is defined and analyzed the characteristics and the reasons of the family violence against minors.The third part: Outside for minors to domestic violence prevention and cure of legislation present situation and the evaluation. This part mainly to the United States, Japan and Taiwan area in our country's legislation system as the research object, the legislative status quo overview and analyzes.The fourth part: Our prevention and control of violence against minors family legislation present situation and insufficient. This part mainly introduces the prevention and treatment for minors in our country legislative achievements and analyzes shortcomings of domestic violence.The fifth part: Suggestions of perfecting our country's prevention and control of family violence for minors. This part proposed the prevention and control system should adhere to the "the best interests of minors," in the legal protection of minors discussed is set on style, improved proof system, define the legal liability parents custody after cancellation, in order to better protect minors.
