The papers try to use project management and relative methods, which combined with my background and project management theory, to research perspective selecting and appointing cadres project credibility. The research relevance theory conclude the project management methodologies, selecting and appointing cadres public trust the degree of influence factors were explored. The study found four factors that affect public confidence in selecting and appointing cadres, including the evaluation index system settings, the process of selecting and appointing cadres, organization and working methods of the quality of personnel, the difference in people satisfaction. On this basis, through national policy and theory, this paper proposes to enhance it and improve effect, which is set scientific index system, establishing standardized selecting and appointing cadres, standardized processes and related work, transparency and information technology, as well as from the perspective of project management work for the whole process of management point of view. |
