As an important system in government departments, the land of system is the Department in charge of the construction industry, the civil service is due to the work given itself in a number of duties, resulting in itself in the way and contents facing major changes, become areas of high incidence of job burnout. Once the land of civil servants system cannot properly deal with the problems caused by the occupation burn out, it will have a negative impact on their own and the land of the system of administrative efficiency and service quality. Therefore, it has important practical significance to study the land of the system of civil servants occupation burnout research.This paper selects Suzhou National Hi-Tech District, the land of the civil service system as the research object, in a comprehensive sort based on a large number of existing domestic and foreign occupation burnout literature. It takes the investigation method of the questionnaire to present Suzhou National Hi-Tech District, the land of system of civil servants job burnout status, causes and intervention paths to conduct a comprehensive analysis. The results show that:the Suzhou National Hi-Tech District, the land of system of civil servants at this stage showed a moderate degree of job burnout, also the status of job burnout by the influence of different gender, age, work experience and education degree, with larger differences. Secondly, this article mainly from the occupational factors, environment factors and factors of the organization the three layers of Suzhou National Hi-Tech District land system of job burnout of civil servants in the analysis of the causes, and then relieve Suzhou National Hi-Tech District, the land of system of job burnout of civil servants intervention measures.
