As the lubricant of the organization, Organizational trust can reduce internal friction and enhance the sense of responsibility. Finally it can improve the performance of the organization. Especially in the government organization, the improvement of civil servants' performance can serve the economic and social development, and to meet the needs of the public interest. The current research mainly has taken the enterprise as the research object. This research has attempted to discuss the civil servant organization trust and the work performance characteristic.This study takes grass-roots civil servants as the research object, through the survey of grass-roots government and its civil servants in Chongqing, Focus on the influence of organizational trust on work performance. Its purpose is to strengthen grass-roots government organization trust, the performance of civil servants at the grass-roots level work, promote grass-roots work of the government.There are variables of factors which may influence civil servants' job performance, such as organizational justice, employee emotional intelligence, work pressure, etc. This research mainly from the leadership level,staff level,organization level and the development level of trust to discuss the performance of civil servants at the grass-roots level task performance, relationship and innovation performance in three aspects.The conclusions of the study through the empirical analysis are the followings:(1) The analysis of the results showed that the scores of civil servants' organizational trust and its four factors are in the relatively high level.(2) The analysis of the results showed that the scores of civil servants' organizational performance and its three factors are in the intermediate level(3)The civil servants' organizational trust questionnaire and the four dimensions are all significantly related to the civil servants' organizational performance questionnaire and its three dimensions.Thus, this writer has put forward some management implications to improve the performance of civil servants. Optimizing internal communication and coordination mechanism of civil servants are sufficient way. In addition, further expanding democracy within the organization, improving the participation of civil servant and improving the public sector human resources management system are also good measures.
