A Research On The Cooperation Supply Mode Of Urban Community Home-based Care Services

Cooperation supply is a concept that corresponds to a single supply.The research of this paper is mainly about how the cooperation supply is formed in field of community home-based care services, and what the factors affect it.The paper first establishes the government, the community, the social organization and the market as the main body of supply based on the welfare pluralism theory and public service division theory;Secondly, through field research, a research on the process of four urban community home-based care services is carried on, and then constructs the cooperation supply mode of urban community home-based care services;Finally, paper summarizes the main factors that influence the formation of cooperative supply,and that, based on the initial division of labor, the service planners and producers are separated, and the secondary division of producer service integrates the different types of social resources. It eventually forms a multi subject cooperation supply mode.The extent of market participation, the development of social organizations and the improvement of community management system are the important factors that affect the formation of cooperation supply.
