Research Of Beforehand Research Project Progress Management Based On Key Chain Technology

In view of the risk of most of national defense beforehand research project failing to complete or meets the contract requirements leading by management starting late,which counted against the developing of new and high technology and national defense equipments,this paper proposes the urgent needs to use Critical Chain method in project schedule management,expounds the feasibility and scientificity,the applicable algorithm of Critical Chain method is adopted in the practical application by comparative study,which improve its applicabilityThe research content of this thesis includes four parts: the main theories and methods of schedule management firstly,on the basis of the analysis of traditional project schedule management methods and the theory of constraints,research idea and principle of Critical Chain project management method emphatically,such as how to find out the restricting factors of the project,how to analysis of the causes of project delay,mining the timely completion of the project's potential through optimizing the the allocation of resources,to present the superiority of Critical Chain method;then based on the beforehand research project characteristics and analysis of matrix management framework,fully discusses the necessity of applying Critical Chain schedule management method to the beforehand research project;and then by constructing project schedule management model of beforehand research project through the steps of Critical Chain method(such as technology of WBS,how to determine the key chain,setting and management of buffer),to draw up the reasonable project plan;and then in the project implementation process,research how to stage using the schedule control method combined with the risk control theory;finally summarizes the conclusion of the paper,the application of modified Critical Chain project schedule management method is confirmed scientifically and applicable,and the application of modified Critical Chain has played a very important role for progress of project.This paper use MS Project tools for modeling and management,and all of the data in the paper is true,so the conclusion is reliable.This paper has the following characteristics and innovations:1.Fully Considering people's psychological factors,the project characteristics and uncertainties,this paper provide a more objective assessment method for the reasonable setting of task time in the preparation and implementation of the project plan;2.Fully Considering the project characteristics,this paper set up reasonable buffer size according to methods of risk quantitative analysis and provide a reasonable calculation;Fully Considering the status of this project,a more scientific and objective calculation method is adopted in observation of buffer,which provides a more comprehensive and systematic observation method.3.In the project schedule control,the risk control method is adopted to reduce the project delay and make a contribution to the rapid decision.In summary,the research of beforehand research project schedule management based on Critical Chain provide theoretical support and practical guidance effectively.
