Research Of The Young Pioneers Leadership Characteristics

Today,more and more domestic and foreign scholars began to focus on issues related to adolescent leadership.Leadership is considered to be the ability that anyone needs and are able to be achieved.This study draws on leadership science,from the perspective of the development of youth leadership,using qualitative research methods,in the light of young pioneers and the first counselor of the young pioneers have leadership of leader behavior description,analyzing the source of the young pioneers leadership;found the leader of the young pioneers leadership characteristics;analysis the way of young pioneers leadership behavior and the young pioneers leader type;presenting young pioneers leadership characteristics comprehensively.Further to discover and develop young pioneers leadership potential and providing valuable reference to promote the development of young pioneers leadership.Through the study I found that,leadership comes from the young pioneers leaders' leadership positions;good interpersonal skills;outstanding personal qualities and team performance achieved.Young Pioneers leaders have distinct leadership traits,such as,outstanding achievement,outstanding performance;independent and self-confident;honesty and integrity;cheerful and sociable;helpful and easy to work with;sense of responsibility,collective consciousness.The core leadership behavior of young pioneers leadership performances such as support,guidance,participation and other leadership behavior.There are formal leader and informal leader of young pioneers,large group leader and small group leaders,they have shown outstanding leadership,playing an important role in promoting the feelings between players,enhancing the cohesion of the young pioneers organization and achieving educational goals.
