The Research On Opinion Guidance In The Ethnic Religious Of Yunnan Province

In recent years, as the international public opinion environment becomes unprecedentedly complex, multi-ethnic and multi-cultural blending makes the ethnic conflicts and religious problems continue to accumulate, and furthermore, intensified. Therefore, profound changes have taken place in the pattern of public opinion, and the ideological security of the ethic and religious areas is under great pressure. Yunnan Province, located in the frontier of the motherland, bordering on a number of countries, has become the forefront of this cultural clash, resulting in a situation that the production and dissemination of public opinion may be beyond the government control. The study of this above situation is not only further an improvement of the ethnic and religious policies and regulations in Yunnan Province, but also an inevitable requirement of safeguarding the stable social development of ethnic and religious areas. In this paper, the author takes the guidance of ethnic and religious opinion as the starting point, analyses the problems and causes of the public opinion guidance in Yunnan Province, and further raises the countermeasures and suggestions in close combination with the special circumstances of Yunnan Province and the ethnic and religious areas, and in accordance with the relevant theoretical knowledge and practical application of ethnic and religious reality.It is found that there are some outstanding problems in the guidance of Yunnan ethnic and religious opinion, such as the poor media guidance, the lack of research on the guiding law of public opinion and the lack of relevant laws and regulations, and some prominent problems in Yunnan Province as well:obvious shortcomings like the lack of innovation and communication in public opinion guidance. The main reason, is inseparable with the indifference in national and religious public opinion guidance, and the lack of systematic theoretical guidance in work.In this paper, the author will summarize available ethnic and religious media guidance strategies from the following aspects:principle of adhering to the right opinion guidance; improving the government's understanding of its role in opinion guidance; paying attention to the cooperation between government departments and mass media; improving the warning capacity of public opinion supervision from technological level; cultivating "opinion leaders" for ethnic religion, competing for the right to speak; striving to improve the cultural quality of the audience and so on. So as to further enhance the guidance of public opinion, and hence to hasten the steps of construction of socialist harmonious society in ethnic and religious areas.
