It is frustrating that the news exposes the corruption for a small village cadres,which got a lot of money recently.The rural cadres have a good contact with the masses of the most direct,the most widely,the most frequent.The corruption of Minority village cadres harms the interests of the people and also affects the image of the CCP and the country among the masses.The government looks for measures to prevent corruption of village cadres,which is a major political concern for the general public.it is also important modernization standard for our party's ruling ability and the national management ability.This paper analysis village cadres corruption case in PiXian District Chengdu by using interview method and case study method,based on the research of rural village cadres corruption cases firsthand material and on-the-spot investigation.It is found that the corruption behave of the chief village cadres is more than the normal one,and many of them have been a corruption group;Second,the form of corruption have many diversification,most of corruption are embezzlements and briberies;Third,the behaviorof corruption is complicated and undetectable.the cause of the cadres corruption are the deficiency in the system of villagers' autonomy and defective supervision.This paper discusses the new method of preventing village cadres from corruption through analysis of village cadres corruption cases and the "four democracy"(democratic elections,democratic decisionmaking,democratic management and democratic supervision)in the villagers autonomy system.Finally,we hope to make rural anti-corruption measures and systems to be more perfect,and promote rural social system construction of anti-corruption.
