Constitute the main performance evaluation directly affects the cadre performance evaluation results,performance evaluation results directly affect the performance concept of cadres,cadres performance concept also affect the direction of social development.Therefore,to explore contemporary Chinese cadres performance evaluation of the main significant.The practical exploration and theoretical investigation involved in evaluation subject of cadre performance have received positive achievement.With the progress of era and the transformation of governmental function,however,the present settings of cadre evaluation subject can not accommodate the demand of new period cadre performance assessment.Many issues remain to be unraveled urgently such as vanity project,environmental indicators look good,but the masses sensory haze,etc.As such,this paper analyzes the structure and qualification demand of current national cadre performance evaluation subject,summarizes the issues and causes in superior evaluation subject,public evaluation subject and entrusted evaluation subject and proposes improving strategy for corresponding evaluation subject of cadre performance.This paper is consist of four sections.The first section,introduction,elaborates the background of subject,summarizes the research status of cadre performance evaluation subject at home and abroad as well as plans the research route and approaches.The second section is associated with the composition and qualification requirements of cadre performance evaluation subject in present China.Above all,the cadre performance,performance evaluation and performance evaluation subject are delimited from the perspective of Marxism value evaluation theory.And then,the cadre performance evaluation subject is divided into three parts i.e.superior evaluation subject,public evaluation subject and entrusted evaluation subject.Finally,this section epitomizes the qualification requirements of cadre performance evaluation subject including knowledge system,social norm and the relevant mastering extent.The third section is about issues and corresponding causes of cadre performance evaluation subject in present China.According to the composition of current Chinese cadre performance evaluation subject,this part indicates the main problems and causes of superior evaluation subject,public evaluation subject and entrusted evaluation subject in practices.The forth section illustrates the improving strategies towards current Chinese cadre performance evaluation subject.With regard to the problems in cadre performance evaluation subject,the setting principles of cadre performance evaluation subject are summarized mainly including unification of cadre performance evaluation subject and cadre performance subject,independency,professionality and the rational combination among different cadre performance evaluation subject.Furthermore,improving strategies about superior evaluation subject,public evaluation subject and entrusted evaluation subject are proposed based on these principles.
