Analyzing The Service-oriented Government Of The Public Interest Which Is The Guidance Of Value And It's Path Of Construction Of The Research

Currently, China is in the development of a modern period of strategic opportunities, the Chinese government ushered in a possible way of going far away and realized the grand blueprint for state construction stage of history. At the same time, our government at this stage are also facing problems like:social structure differentiation, social contradiction protruding, the problems of social groups, conflicts of interest and so on. All problems caused a variety of difficult challenges. The government which as the major principles and policies of the party and state to perform the main body, not only shoulder the responsibility of managing state affairs, but also solve contradictions in the new period, maintain the social stability or order, realize the goal of national progress and development. Therefore, a good government for the future of the country and the interests of the people undoubtedly have very important effects. Correcting and conforming to the value of orientation are the government's important principle to the government which can run efficiently, and adapt to the development of a good government.This article discusses the value of fairness, justice, freedom and it's theory of the origin, connotation and the situation of present. Demonstrating the value of the public interest of the orientation, the relationship of traditional government which reached the interest of the public is the fusion of fairness, justice, freedom value and the conclusion of the embodiment of the new era. At the same time, in the practice of the service-oriented government which at the present stage in China's government reform model, the government get its goal. After briefly analyzing the service-oriented government,adopting the interest of public as the guidance of the value orientation of government, building a service-oriented government based on the interest of public as the guidance of the government has became the reason and necessity of promoting value orientation. Finally, looking forward to promote and safeguard the interest of public of the service government and promote the value orientation of government development measures. In order to better build a service-oriented government, meeting the government reform and the development of government function model is necessary.
