| In recent years,the rapid economic development of our country at the same time,the aging of the population trend is increasingly outstanding,the population of the change is not conducive to the sustainable development of economy in our country.In view of this,the social from all walks of life all begin to pay close attention to the increasingly serious aging problem,therefore,must from the perspective of social development,set up suitable for social development,to meet the situation of our country social endowment service mechanism,in order to solve the aging of population in our country social endowment service needs.Information age society into a global village,in this situation,how to improve the social service and the material life of old people,meet the spiritual needs of old people,has become in the future and the government is the focus of people all over the world.This paper uses activity theory,new public service theory and cultural theory of elderly community endowment service in-depth theoretical analysis,tries to demonstrate the community endowment with low cost and high efficiency,in accordance with the endowment pattern and diversity,is the objective requirement of China's economic and social development,it can not only meet the reality of life the diversification of services and pension needs,can effectively avoid the aged tendency of bureaucracy,is the right choice for building a socialist harmonious society in China.Based on this,are summarized by the main approach,on the Changchun Nanguan District of community service issued the relevant policies and systems,using the method of investigation and Research on 500 elderly people over the age of 60,from health care,life care,spiritual culture,pension services and other service improvement the demand point of view,to study the community pension,the elderly demand for research,community service and community endowment service satisfaction evaluation research found: evaluation score of elderly community endowment service overall satisfaction was 3.14 points.The "on demand response","the staff of respect for the elderly" and "community entertainment" score is high,relatively low compared to the evaluation of several are "community to provide psychological counseling and community service facilities,service staff service level" "community service project design".Through the above research,found its presence in the community service pension problems mainly include: the implementation of community endowment service content is not in place,lack of professional service,perfect service facilities and imperfect policy,the main reason of the problems is the lack of a clear service concept,has not formed a sound management system and the lack of effective capital investment and community service pension related publicity is not in place.Finally,put forward some suggestions to improve community care,improve community service pension security system,strengthen the professional community endowment service personnel construction,building a diversified service system and realize the multi-channel sources of funding.This paper tries to analyze the community endowment service mode,improve and refine our community endowment service,explore the solution of China's community service pension problem road,play an active role in community service for the aged in the construction of social security system in China.At the same time,due to the limited theoretical level,this paper studies the use of and behind the theory and method of community service pension problems and many new problems need to further explore the solution,need to continue to accumulate experience in practice and improve. |
